Why can I choose to ship the items together or separately?

Our items are held in different locations over the UK so at times, they can arrive separately. Alternatively, you can choose to have them shipped together in beautiful Lucky Elephant packaging. Please note that this option can take a little longer as all items need to be sent to a central location to then be shipped out.
Please note that if 1 item has been ordered it will ship directly from the supplier and the ship together option will apply.
If you live internationally, all items will ship together.

How long will it take for me to recieve my items if I choose to ship them together?

This depends on what you have ordered, many items are made to order and this is noted on the product pages. If items are in stock, you can expect to receive them within a week. However, items which are made to order will take longer. Don't hesitate to drop us a message if you want to double check timings!

How do I know what is eligible for Express Shipping?

This is noted on the Shipping section of each product page. Please note that if you choose express shipping and your item is made to order, the express shipping will be applied once the product is ready to ship. Express Shipping orders must be placed before 11:30am to be eligible for Express.

What happens if I need to have something shipped sooner?

We always want to get our gifts to you on time! Please let us know and we will see if we can get the items to you quicker.

Where do you ship to?

We now ship all over the world! Once your address has been entered at checkout, you will see the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for paying import duties and taxes upon arrival.
If you purchase multiple items and any of these have a lead time, your items will be shipped together once that item is ready to be shipped.

Do I have to be home for my delivery?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number from us and you can follow up with the carrier if you would like to arrange re-delivery. If you do miss your delivery, please follow the instructions with the relevant carrier.

Can I return my item/s?

We accept returns for the majority of our items, however anything personalised or made to order we cannot accept returns on due to the nature of the product. If you would like to return a item, please let us know within 14 business days and we will send you further instructions on how to return. All items must be returned in full packaging, un-used and un-worn to be accepted. Any orders returned after the 14 days will not be accepted.

Do you send a label for a return?

Unfortunately not. Being a small business, we are not able to cover this cost and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless their item has arrived damaged. All returns remain the customer's responsibility until received at Lucky Elephant HQ. Please note Lucky Elephant does not accept responsibility for return orders lost in transit, we suggest you send your returns using a tracked service and retain proof of postage.

What does your Gift Wrapping service include?

We wrap gifts with the selected service in beautiful hand-printed marble wrapping paper, chosen by us. Ribbons and gift cards are also used, please don't forget to add your gift message at the check out! We promise you won't be disappointed.

Please note that if you select the gift wrapping option, UK Standard shipping (ship together) will apply.

Can I choose which wrapping paper and ribbons you use?

If you have a preference, please don't hesitate to let us know. We cannot guarantee that this can be met but we will certainly try our hardest!

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! You must select the Gift Wrapping service, please add this at check out and your message will be included.
